These terms govern attendance at all AM.RADIO events, activations, and experiences. By purchasing a ticket or entering any AM.RADIO event you agree to the terms below.

1. Definitions

"AM.RADIO" means AM.RADIO LLC, a California limited liability company, its officers, members, employees, contractors, and authorized representatives.

"Event" means any in-person activation, show, party, brunch, pop-up, listening session, live stream, or experience presented or co-presented by AM.RADIO under any of its format names including AM.RADIO, AM.RADIO Café, AM.RADIO Brunch, AM.RADIO Live, and PM.RADIO.

"Attendee" means any person who purchases a ticket to, registers for, or physically enters an AM.RADIO Event regardless of how entry was obtained.

"Content" means any photographs, video footage, audio recordings, livestream captures, or other media captured at or in connection with an AM.RADIO Event.

"Brand Partners" means companies, brands, and advertisers that have entered into a content or sponsorship agreement with AM.RADIO in connection with an Event.

"Likeness" means your image, appearance, voice, and any identifiable attributes captured in Content.

2. Filming & Likeness Consent

By purchasing a ticket to or entering any AM.RADIO Event, you knowingly and voluntarily grant AM.RADIO an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture your image, likeness, voice, and appearance at the Event.

You acknowledge and agree that AM.RADIO Events are filmed and photographed environments. Recording equipment may be present throughout the venue at all times. Your attendance constitutes your consent to be captured in Content, whether as the subject or incidentally as part of the crowd or environment. AM.RADIO is not required to notify you individually at the time of capture. You waive any right to inspect or approve the use of Content in which your likeness appears prior to its publication, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Commercial Use of Content

The license you grant above includes the right for AM.RADIO to use Content containing your Likeness for promotional use (social media, email, press, event recaps), commercial use (advertising, brand activations, sponsored content), media and press coverage, and derivative works (edited, remixed, or modified versions). This license applies across all media formats, without geographic limitation, and without additional compensation to you.

4. Brand Partners

AM.RADIO may share or license Content captured at Events to Brand Partners for their own commercial and promotional use. By attending an Event you consent to this. Brand Partners are contractually required to use Content only in connection with the AM.RADIO partnership and may not use your Likeness in a defamatory or misleading manner. AM.RADIO does not sell your personal data including your name, contact information, or ticketing information to Brand Partners.

5. Opt-Out

If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, notify AM.RADIO staff at the point of entry. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate opt-out requests, which may include designated non-filming zones where available. AM.RADIO cannot guarantee your complete exclusion from ambient or crowd footage and cannot retroactively remove you from Content already captured.

6. Conditions of Entry

AM.RADIO reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any Attendee for any reason including violation of these terms or disruptive behavior. Events may be subject to changes in lineup, venue, date, or format. AM.RADIO will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AM.RADIO's total liability to any Attendee shall not exceed the face value of the ticket purchased. AM.RADIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your attendance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California. AM.RADIO reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your ticket purchase or Event entry governs your attendance.
